We work with lemon oil from several countries. The oil is obtained by cold pressing of the fruit, the lemon belongs to the family Rutaceae. The same presents in their composition volatile organic substances to hundreds of distinct components that are widely used in the food industry in preparing of aromas and as raw material for preparation of fragrances for cosmetics segments, fragrance, pharmaceutical, hygiene and cleanliness.
