We work with lime juice concentrate from several countries. The lime fruit is typically round, with a yellowish-green appearance and diameter that varies from 3cm to 6 cm. The lime has a strong alkaline effect on the body and when diluted in water becomes alkaline salts, providing a smooth detoxification and regulation of blood pH. The lime, and in particular its juice, is used in drinks such as alcoholic beverages and commercials soft drinks. In cooking, lime is valued by acidity and its conservation properties used for example in ceviche.
